For defective, damaged items or incorrect shipments, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your product. Prompt communication is key to swiftly assess and address the issue. Please note that after 14 days, we may no longer be able to assist with damaged items.

Share your experience with us by attaching clear photos or videos depicting the damage or showcasing the incorrect item received. This documentation is vital for expediting the resolution process.
